Whether or not you have a domain, the setup process is hassle-free. From registering a new domain, if you don't already have one, to updating the Mail Exchange (MX) records and Canonical Name (CNAME) in your Domain Name Server (DNS) file, we will handle everything for you.
Once your service has been set up you can use our web-based Control Center to administer your service. Before you subscribe to a service feel free to ask question at getemail@everyone.net. Once you sign up you will be provided with setup support for the first 30 days. After 30 days subscribing to a Premium Support plan allows you to speak directly to our service experts or email them via dedicated Web forms. With guaranteed response times, we ensure that your questions will be answered promptly.
Our Business Mail plan includes
premium support for all users signed up to the plan.
User Management Questions
1. How can I manage my users?
You can easily manage your users at any time from any Internet-enabled computer using the Control Center, our web-based administration tool. You can reserve names that you do not want users to sign up for, delete users, as well as create forwarding accounts.
2. Is my users' data safe?
Yes, to access your users' data, one must log in to your password-protected Control Center account. Therefore, you control who has access to this data.
To prevent others from accessing your members' data in our system, we have developed our services using sophisticated, redundant firewalls, which are deployed to screen network traffic. We regularly monitor security bulletins and aggressively apply patches and workarounds to avoid any vulnerability.
3. Can I get demographic reports about my users?
If you subscribe to a Premium Support Plan, you can access detailed information about your user base. Each summary report includes:
- List of all users, including username, first name, last name, signup date, and total number of logins
- List of opt-in users. (You can contact these users via email)
- Aggregate information for gender, age, occupation, industry, income, and country if provided
4. How do I communicate with my members (Group
Mail)?
When members register for an email account, they choose whether or not they would like to be contacted. Members who have opted-in may easily be contacted via email through the User Management section of the Control Center. In addition, you can customize the message on the Welcome Page, where members are directed every time they log in to their email accounts.
5. Is there a common address book (Business
Mail)?
Yes. You can easily setup a common address book that is available to all your users. In addition to common address books you can also create alias in your control center to manage distribution lists.
6. What if my users need help with the service?
