Board of Directors
Michael Rose
President and Chief Executive Officer, Board Member
Mr. Rose has more than 15 years of domestic and international
management experience in technology and consumer oriented businesses.
Prior to joining Everyone.net he was co-founder and principal
at SAVID LLC, a consulting firm providing market development
and product strategy services for firms ranging from Fortune
500 to start-ups companies.
Previously, Mr. Rose was on the executive management team at
DIVA Systems. As Vice President of corporate and business development
he was responsible for strategic partnerships, private equity
funding, and M&A activities. While at DIVA, Mr. Rose also established
and managed DIVA's international business activities including
its U.K. operating subsidiary and business development in Europe
and Asia. In addition to his experience at DIVA, Mr. Rose was
in the strategic marketing group for Online Banking Group at
American Express and Corporate General Manager at Fresh Western
Foods.
He holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a MBA from The Wharton School,
University of Pennsylvania.

Naresh Makhijani
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Makhijani has more than 20 years of operations, product
management, and engineering experience in the communications
sector.
In 2002, he co-founded, SAVID LLC, a consulting firm providing
market development and product strategy services. Prior to SAVID,
Mr. Makhijani's was Vice President/General Manager at DIVA Systems,
responsible for development of DIVA's Video-on-Demand systems
for digital cable. Mr. Makhijani's prior experience includes
executive positions at startup companies such as Geocast and
CyberStar, which provided broadband content applications to
enterprise customers and consumers. Mr. Makhijani also has technical
expertise and management experience in the satellite communications
industry, at companies such as Space Systems/Loral and Hughes/Boeing.
He holds a BSEE degree from UCLA and an MSEE degree from the
University of Southern California.

Wayne Lewis
Chief Technology Officer
Wayne Lewis joined Everyone.net in January 1999 serving as Chief
Architect before being promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
He has managed the continuous advancement of the company's email
service architecture as its capacity grew 10-fold year over
year.
Prior to Everyone.net, Mr. Lewis studied and implemented novel
radar and ultrasound imaging algorithms as a researcher at the
University of California, Santa Barbara. Experience with such
distributed computing platforms proved valuable in the design
of the Everyone.net architecture. Before this, Mr. Lewis developed
large-scale discrete-event simulations at Los Alamos National
Laboratory.
Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.S. degree
in Electrical Engineering from the University of California,
Santa Barbara.

Raymond Chan
Executive Vice President and Board Member
Raymond Chan brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing,
and business development in the high tech industry. Most recently,
Mr. Chan was Vice President at NetManage, a provider of ebusiness
and application integration solutions.
Prior to NetManage, Mr. Chan co-founded NetSoft, a leader in
communications solutions between PCs, mainframes, and AS/400
systems. As President of European Operations, Mr. Chan was responsible
for merging six different European companies and under his management,
the European division brought in the majority of the company's
profits and revenue. Mr. Chan also served as Vice President
of Marketing and Business Development at NetSoft, leading the
company to an exclusive OEM deal with IBM, as well as a partnership
with Microsoft, which included NetSoft's products in its MS
BackOffice Product. Before NetSoft, Mr. Chan honed his technological
skills at Computer Automation and Amdex Corporation.
Mr. Chan holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Mathematics
from Southern Illinois University.

Michael Benham
Vice President of Finance & Administration
Mr. Benham has more then 20 years of finance experience with
manufacturing, retail and technology businesses.
Prior to joining Everyone.net, Mr. Benham was an executive of
Homes.com, Inc., a technology based marketing company for the
real estate industry. As Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible
for reengineering the finance function.
Prior to joining Homes.com, Mr. Benham was Chief Financial Officer
of Virtual rain, inc., a manufacturer and distributor of irrigation
equipment, where he was integral in procuring early stage funding,
managing an acquisition and managing the operational start-up
phase of the Company. Previously, he served as Corporate Controller
for Automatic Rain Company, a distributor of irrigation and
landscape supplies in Northern California and held a variety
of financial management positions at Varian Associates, Inc.
Mr. Benham received a B.S.C. from Santa Clara University.

Michael S. Chang
Director of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, Michael Chang leads product
development for all subscription and advertising applications.
Mr. Chang's involvement with Everyone.net began as a co-founder
in 1998. Prior to Everyone.net, Mr. Chang was also a co-founder
of ActiveSchool.net, a provider of cost-effective applications
for school staff, students, and parents to share information
via the Web. Mr. Chang gained extensive Web experience with
the Internet Products Group at Andersen Consulting, where he
constructed and ran workshops for Fortune 500 CEOs to explore
business opportunities provided by the Internet. Mr. Chang also
worked as an application developer for the Computer Literacy
online bookstore.
Before becoming involved with the Internet, Mr. Chang worked
as an electrical engineer at Sonatech and Special Technologies
Laboratories in Santa Barbara.
Mr. Chang holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and an M.S. degree
in Electrical Engineering from the University of California
at Santa Barbara.

Charles Beeler
General Partner, El Dorado Ventures
In December 1999, Mr. Beeler joined El Dorado Ventures from
Piper Jaffray Ventures, where he was one of three investment
managers operating the Piper Jaffray Ventures Technology Funds.
His early venture capital experience was at Scripps Ventures,
where he helped design and implement an Internet investment
strategy for a newly formed $50 million fund.
Mr. Beeler received a B.A. degree in Economics from Colby College
and an M.B.A. degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Wharton
School.

Sean Foote
Partner, Labrador Ventures
Before joining Labrador Ventures, Mr. Foote was most recently
at Scripps Ventures, where he made several investments alongside
Labrador. He currently is active on the board of directors of
ezboard, Inc. and Green Border Technologies. Before venture
investing, Mr. Foote was a Manager with the strategic management
consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group, working in a wide
range of industries such as telecom, computers, healthcare,
banking, and automotive, on topics ranging from strategic alliances
to Internet strategies.
Mr. Foote received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Missouri Rolla (1988) and his M.B.A.
degree from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School
of Business (1993), where he received the Shermett award granted
to the top 3% of students.
